Massive rains hit VT; leaky basements have got to go.

We extended our deepest condolences to all the Vermont communities and families who’ve been impacted by this massive July 2023 rainstorm.

Here in Hardwick, VT all major roads in and out of town are washed away or closed. Everyone is affected by the intense rain or floods. Thank you road crews, EMTs, fire departments, police, volunteers, and everyone helping with the critical cleanup and rebuilding work already underway. #VTStrong

Please contact us if your foundation is leaking or flooding from these heavy rains. We fixed a foundation four days before this storm, and it went from wet, leaky dry-laid fieldstone, to “dry as a bone.” And the foundations we repaired 15 years ago – also still dry as a bone. (sometimes humid, but not leaky!)

“We love the new basement, you all did such a bang up job last week in the ridiculous heat. I wanted to send a video because after the insane rain we’ve gotten, the sump pump here is going like every 30 seconds and the lawn has standing water all over the place, but the basement is bone dry!”
