Foundation Repair

Since 2006, we specialize in repairing and reinforcing deteriorating foundations in Vermont’s homes and businesses.  Old foundations can bow, crack, and crumble – all leading to gaps, moisture issues, and compromised strength and stability.  To maintain the long-term integrity of your home or business, foundation repair and reinforcement is crucial.

Worried repairing your old foundation will be too expensive or involved?

Other companies offer foundation rebuilding, an expensive and inconvenient solution involving disconnecting utilities and jacking up the house, removing the old stone foundation, pouring a new foundation, lowering the house back down and reconnecting utilities, costing you around $80,000 to $100,000.

Want to support your house affordably and efficiently – with maximum strength?

Parker Construction is able to save old stone foundations efficiently and affordably using reinforced sprayed concrete (called shotcrete or gunite).  Spraying concrete creates a new monolithic foundation with a strength of 5,000 to 6,000 PSi – well above the strength of normal poured concrete (3,000 to 3,500 PSi).  All moisture is sealed out, and the old stone foundation is permanently reinforced – without moving your entire house, or being cost prohibitive.  Contact us for an estimate.
